AI & Automation
The manual work taken out of the day. Build once, run forever.
Most small teams lose hours a week to work a machine should be doing — copying between tools, chasing replies, retyping the same thing into three places. That work is usually automatable, and it usually pays for itself in weeks rather than years.
What this covers
Workflow automation
The repeated task nobody enjoys — quotes, follow-ups, reports, data moving between tools. Built once, then it just runs.
AI-native features
Summarising, drafting, classifying, answering — put inside your product or your process, not bolted on as a gimmick.
Chatbots that help
Trained on what you actually know, answering what people actually ask. Handing over to a human when it should.
Internal tools
Dashboards and small apps for teams that have outgrown spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups.
Integrations
Making the tools you already pay for talk to each other, so nobody is the messenger any more.
How it runs
We find the expensive hour
On the call we look for the task that costs the most time for the least thought. That is where automation pays first.
Smallest useful thing first
One workflow, working, in your hands. Not a six-month platform you have to trust on faith.
You own it
It runs on your accounts and your data. No dependency on me to keep it alive.
Honest about limits
Some things AI does badly. If your problem is one of them, I will tell you instead of selling you a demo.
Questions
What is AI automation for a small business?
It is using software — often an AI model — to do the repetitive work a person is doing by hand: sorting enquiries, drafting replies, moving data between tools, producing the same report every week.
Is this expensive to run every month?
Usually less than people expect. Most small-team automations cost a few hundred rupees a month in usage, sometimes nothing. I show you the running cost before we build, not after.
Will it replace my staff?
That is almost never the goal, and I will say so. The point is taking the dull half of a job away so the person can do the half that needs a person.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Then it must not be the last step. Anything that can be wrong gets a human check before it reaches a customer. That is a design decision, not an afterthought.
Have a project? Let us talk.
Thirty minutes, no charge, no pitch deck. I will tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it — and what it would take.
