The two reasons
Two sons. Everything gets built around them.
CodeUpVik
More than fifteen years of building businesses — and hands still on the product.
The tools changed. The habit of building did not.
Machines you had to talk to in their own language.
Build, automate, scale. Websites, mobile apps and AI automation — I take the whole thing, strategy through launch, or step into the part you are stuck on.
Premium work, delivered on time — and I stay on it until it works.

Custom website design and development — fast, light sites that load instantly on any phone and rank well. Business websites, landing pages and ecommerce stores. No bloated templates.

Mobile app development for Android and iOS — native and cross-platform, plus quick prototypes when getting it in front of users matters more than polish.

AI automation for small teams — AI-native features, chatbots and workflows that take the manual work out of the day. Build once, run forever.

Social media management for small businesses — content, calendar and community run as a system, not a scramble the night before.

Startup consulting for founders — PRDs, roadmaps, business models and GTM. From a rough idea to something a team can build and an investor can read.

Pitch deck design, financial models, data rooms and fundraising material — written by someone who has raised for his own company.
More on Investor Documentation
Custom software, internal tools, dashboards and system integrations for teams that have outgrown spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups.

Products built for real people at scale — onboarding, retention, moderation and the unglamorous parts that decide whether it works.

Positioning, messaging and launch strategy. Getting the first thousand people to care.
More on Brand & GTM StrategyMore than fifteen years of owning revenue, brand, teams and product — and the technical depth to build the thing as well as sell it.
Brand, positioning, GTM and demand generation across industrial, edtech and consumer.
Full P&L ownership. Teams, plants, key accounts and government tenders.
Idea to incorporation to raise. PRDs, roadmaps, financial models, pitch decks, GTM.
CMT-level technical analysis across equities, commodities, forex and crypto. Price action, Elliott Wave, risk management.
Audience, narrative and community — from campaign work to designing an entire social network from first principles.
Python since 2015 and AI-assisted development. Writes specs, and writes code.
Hospitality to edtech to industrial sales to product. Every chapter taught something the next one needed.
A glimpse, not a diary.
Two sons. Everything gets built around them.
Deadlines move. Bedtime does not.
The gym is not a hobby, it is the maintenance schedule. Body first, then the build.
Illustrated from photographs — not the photographs themselves.
Time with my two sons is the one thing that does not get rescheduled. Everything else moves around it.
Not a hobby. It is where the creativity goes when the screen is off — and honestly, part of what keeps me going.
Long nights, sufi on repeat. Nothing else clears the head the same way.
The road, no destination, and whatever is playing. Best thinking happens somewhere on a highway.
I try to walk that path — Shiva’s stillness and Krishna’s playfulness. Two ways of holding the same life.
We are a house full of Marvel fans — and in this house, all hail Iron Man.
Malts, neat. Monkey Shoulder is one of the best to have — it blends with my taste.
Ventures of my own, and client work alongside. Every client project runs on a live progress portal.

Teatalz is a social network built for positivity instead of outrage. It is AI-native from the ground up: every post is checked before anyone sees it. Adda is the feed, where posts fade after seven days and there is no downvote. Inside the network, each person also gets a private space with a companion called Ru.

Ask Ru is an AI tarot, Oracle and Vedic reading app, and the first part of Teatalz to ship on its own. You ask one question and pick your own cards from all 78 — Ru only shuffles. ₹25 a question, shown before you ask: no per-minute meter and no auto-renewing charge. Android, India, November 2026.
A calm, fast astrology practice site — charts, consultations and booking, built to load instantly on any phone.

One universe, a million stories. An anime story world created by brothers Vivaan Bhargava and Ayaan Bhargava. School with Eyes — Season 1, a 156-page teen horror mystery in twenty illustrated chapters, is written by Vivaan and is on Kindle in Hinglish and English.

The native app for Teatalz — the whole platform in your pocket, built for the way people actually post and read on a phone.

An AI-powered multi-asset research and investor networking platform — equities, mutual funds, bonds, ETFs and crypto.

Real estate investment in Dubai. The next stage lets you buy in the metaverse with virtual currency, while we place the matching investment for you in the real world.
Thirty minutes, no charge, no pitch deck. Tell me what you are trying to build or grow, and I will tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it — and what it would take.
The things people actually ask before we start.
CodeUpVik is the web, app and AI development practice of Vikram Bhargava. It covers websites, mobile apps, AI automation, social media, startup consulting and investor documentation — strategy through launch, run by one person rather than an agency.
Vikram Bhargava is the founder of CodeUpVik and Managing Director of Teatalz. Fifteen years across hospitality, edtech, industrial sales and product — he has raised money for his own company and still writes the code himself.
Alone, and that is the point. You talk to the person who does the work — no account manager in between, nothing lost in a handover. For bigger builds I bring in people I have worked with before, and I stay responsible for all of it.
It depends on what you actually need, so I do not publish a price list. After a thirty-minute call you get one number and what it covers — not a range that moves later. If your budget and the work do not meet, I will say so on that call rather than after.
It depends on scope, and you get a date on the discovery call — not a guess afterwards. A simple site is fast; an app with accounts and payments is not. Whatever the answer is, you see progress in your client portal from the first week.
Both. Most developers build and stop; most marketers cannot build. I do positioning, launch strategy and social media as well as the product itself — which is why the thing that ships is the thing people actually find.
That is fine. I take the whole thing or step into the part you are stuck on — a broken site, a deck that is not landing, an automation nobody has time to build. You are not obliged to hand over everything.
Thirty minutes, no charge, no pitch deck. You tell me what you are building or trying to grow, and I tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it and what it would take. If I am not, I will say that too.
Yes. Every client gets a private portal with progress, milestones, files, daily updates and payments in one place. You sign in with a link sent to your email — there is no password to remember.
